岗位职责
The direct management subordinates are Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Security Manager, Director of Engineering and Spa Manager/Spa Director. The subordinates of indirect management are all colleagues in the Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department, Security Department, Engineering Department, Chuan Spa and Health Club.
直接管理对象为:前厅部经理、行政管家、保安部经理、工程总监、水疗经理/水疗总监。间接管理对象为前厅部、客房部、保安部、工程部、川水疗与健身中心全体员工。
To have complete knowledge of the operational systems, standard operating policies and procedures.
全面了解房务部各部门运营情况,标准运营政策和程序。
Establishes and maintains division organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation based on forecasted occupancy.
建立和维护部门结构,人力和生产力,根据预估住房率确保部门的正常运营。
Recruits best available candidates based on recommendations and personal interviews.
通过推荐和面试雇佣最合适的员工。
Reviews departmental programs to ensure development of future department heads.
为发展可能的部门经理进行部门方案的规划。
Conducts performance review on a regular basis with department heads

Creates a positive and highly conducive environment that promotes and develops teamwork.

Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and workflow amongst all the departments in the Rooms Division and other departments in the hotel.

Prepare the budget for the Rooms Division.

Manages expenses through planning of needs, review of purchase orders and labor standards.

Maximizing profitability and guest experience through upselling and cross-selling activities.
通过增销和交叉销售来实现利益和宾客体验最大化。
Identifies needs and estimated costs for capital improvements.

Conducts quality checks of guest floors, public areas and other facilities.
进行客房楼层、公共区域和其他设施设备的质量检查。
Ensures Housekeeping and Technical executes established programs / schedules accordingly for Rooms and Public Areas.
保证客务和工程按照房务部和公共区域已制定的程序进行。
Ensure the full range of Room Division services such as Concierge, Reception, Cashier, Telephone Services, Airport Services, Langham Club, Housekeeping, Chuan Spa and Health Club etc. are up to the required standard.
保证全部的房务服务(礼宾、接待、收银、电话服务、机场服务、贵宾会、客房、水疗等)按照标准执行。
Adhere to emergency procedures in the event of fire, crank calls, bomb threat, flooding, typhoon, etc.
确保紧急情况下应急程序的正常执行。
Serve as a member of the Management Team and act as the Duty Manager when required and work with other management personnel in establishing and implementing hotel service standards to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency.
担任酒店管理层的一员,必要时充当值班经理并和其他管理人员协作建立和保证酒店服务标准,以使酒店利益最大化,工作高效化。
Conduct periodic review on execution of policies and procedures related to Rooms Division.
定期进行房务部相关的执行政策和程序的回顾。
Prepare monthly report for management information.
为管理层准备月度报表。
To perform Manager-on-duty role as required.

Ensure the highest level of hygiene, safety and security by facilitating effective training programs that delivers a high degree of awareness amongst staff and guest.
通过培训传达和保证所有员工具有良好的清洁、安全和安保工作意识。
Ensure that the environmental initiatives and adhered to in the workplace and participates in community activities and programs.
确保环境计划和坚持在工作场所参与社区活动和项目。
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by General Manager.

岗位要求Education 教育学历
University graduate (preferred but not required)
大学本科及以上优先。
Certification in Rooms / Front Office operations (preferred but not required)
有房务部/前厅运营相关证书为佳。
Language Skills 语言技巧
Fluent in English and Mandarin
英语及普通话流利。
Job Skill/Knowledge 工作技能/知识
Minimum 7 years managerial experience in Room Division in a medium to large sized hotel.
7年以上大型酒店房务部工作经验。
Knowledge of Rooms computer system; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具备房务部电脑系统知识,较强的沟通能力。
Prompt and systematic decision making skills with analytical power.
具有分析能力的快速系统决策能力。
Ability to work under pressure.

Good delegation & interpersonal skills. Strong yield management skills and ability to instill others, develop subordinates and build teams.
