Main responsibilities主要职责

1. Fully understand the operation of the Engineering department, familiar with all the plants and equipment with their function, operation process, and safety aspect, be possessed of the necessary technical skill and knowledge.

2. Inspect the major equipment on the spot in the morning, at noon and at night, take immediate measure to rectify any deficiency or incident happened.

早、午、晚班对系统主要设备现场检查，发现问题立即组织处理。

3. To inform the Chief Engineer or Duty Engineer, and attend immediately any incident or break down of equipment that will affect the normal hotel operation..

当重要设备发生故障或影响正常营业时，通知总工或值班工程师。

4. Responsible for his shift operations.

负责当班期间所有日常工作。

5. To ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are carried out according to schedule during the shift.

确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。

6. To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders.

接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单和维修单。

7. Recording daily in Log-books of all maintenance and repair work completed, and uncompleted reason in special note book.

8. Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store in inventory.

9. Electrical distribution system such as incoming power supply, main and sub-switch panels, lighting, neon signs, electrical meters and equipment, sockets and plugs, electrical wiring and conduits, emergency generators, Civil job in whole hotel area.

10. To supervise all important repair and renovation project, ensure the progress and quality meet the departmental standard.

现场督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。

11. Monitor and coordinate with the outside contractor that carrying out work in our hotel, and ensure the quality is up to hotel standard.

监督、协助外来施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。

12. To supervise and spot check that his subordinates have carried out the work in the most practical, skillful and economical way.

实地检查下属员工的工作质量与效率，发现问题及时纠正。

13. Examine the report forms, figure out the abnormity and analyze the reason to put an end to the waste.

审阅运行报表，发现异常，分析原因及时杜绝浪费现象。

14. Superintend and direct the subordinates to perform as per operation regulations and rules strictly.

督导下属员工严格执行操作规程及规章制度。

15. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor

完成上级交代的其他任务。

1. Should have 2 years in supervising level in hotel and relevant area.必须有酒店或相关公司2年的主管经验。

2. Graduated from high middle school, college will be added advantage.高中毕业文凭。大专毕业将优先考虑。

3. Technician abilities and skills.拥有技工的能力和技术。

4. Language-English and Chinese.语言 – 英语和中文。
