Main responsibilities主要职责                                                
1.      Ensures normal utility consumption.

5.      Participates when assigned to any renovation or expansion work in the Hotel.

6.      Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

7.      Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests.
制定预防性维修保养计划，对设施进行维护和保养，保证设施的正常运转。
8.      Oversee the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair, and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives.
监管所有酒店硬件设施的运行状况，包括维护与维修工作、及时高效地采购零部件与所需物资，同时减少浪费和保持绿色的举措。
9.     Must familiar with his responded nature of work. Have good sense of responsibilities, quality requirements and efficiency on his work. Maintain all electronic tools and equipment in good order, must know how for correct use of all these equipment & instruments. To work overtime as requirements. Be neat & tidy at all time, especially working in Front Office areas, be grateful and pleasant.
完成视频设备及辅助设备的维修保养工作，保持其于高效工作状态。遵守饭店及工程部关于音像技工的各项规章制度。必须熟悉其本职工作性质。具有良好的责任感，称职， 工作效率高。熟悉各种电器工具和设备的正确使用方法并永远保持良好工作状态。按需要超时工作。在任何时候都要着装整洁,特别是在前厅工作时要精神愉快，情绪饱满。
