职位描述

Main responsibilities主要职责

1.      Oversee the smooth running of the Health Center on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

每日确保健身中心正常运作,使客人满意。

2.      To develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and Positive relations with other department.

创建有动力的工作环境,与其它部门保持良好的关系。

3.      Attend training sessions/meetings as required.

按要求参加部门会议。

4.      Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings and disseminate relevant information to the associates.

举行每日交接班会议向员工传达相关信息。

5.      Prepare monthly 15-minutes training calendar and report.

准备每月15分钟培训计划和报告。

6.      Follow up monthly department cleaning plan and deep cleaning.

跟进每月部门清洁计划和大清。

7.      Maintain regular quality control inspections of department’s standards.

定期进行质量监督检查。

8.      Supervise instructors and all other associates helping with any activities or functions arranged via the Health Center.

监督教练员和其他所有健身中心安排的员工的工作情况。

9.      Plan and ensure supervision of all planned activities and maintain a proper supply of all items need.

计划、监督各项活动,提供所需用品。

10.    Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting or charging fees for Health Center.

健身中心收费应使用正规的会计流程。

11.    Ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.

使用安全的工作习惯,保证客人在安全的环境下健身。

12.    Represent the department at relevant meetings within and outside the Hotel.

在酒店内或酒店外的会议上代表部门形象。

13.    To have knowledge of the hotel rooms, hotel services, relative facilities and Food and Beverage department.

对酒店的客房,酒店的服务,相关设施和餐饮部门了解。

14.    Ensure health and safety codes are implemented and oversee the personal hygiene and grooming standards of department associates.

确保安全规范得到应用并关注部门员工的个人卫生仪表标准。

15.    Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team.

通过与客人建立良好的关系,以客人为中心来争取客人最佳满意度。

16.    Follow up day-to-day operations for the Health Center.

跟进健康中心的每日营运。

17.    Be responsible for maintaining open and productive channels of communication within the department and ensuring the smooth flow of information.

负责维持一个部门内开放有效的交流渠道,并确保信息的流畅。

18.    Ensure that all SOP are adhered to and all associates are aware of the same.

确保操作标准被有效遵守,员工有相关意识。

19.    Oversee and ensure that the personal grooming standards of associates are maintained as Per the associate handbook。

根据员工手册的标准监督员工的个人仪容仪表。

20.    Have a complete knowledge of the Health Center product including gymnasium equipment, sauna, swimming pool, card room, snooker room and membership pricing.

了解健身房的设施:包括健身器材、桑拿设备、游泳池、棋牌室、桌球房和会员价格。

21.    Be responsible for welcoming and making registration of guests, explaining the Health Center facilities and assisting in the usage of the equipment

22.    Have thorough knowledge of hotel fire regulations and policy, accident reports, safety Programs, and what the direct duties are in relation to each. Ensure that all associates are properly trained in these procedures.

23.    Lead by example: Provide a gracious and proactive hospitality towards all customers.

以身作则,为客人提供周到细致的服务。

24.    Report to work on time with proper uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance must comply with the standard of the hotel.

按照到岗、制服穿戴干净整齐,佩带名牌。个人形象和仪容仪表必须符合酒店规定。

25.    Follow up health center swimming suits supplier item quantity enough and sells monthly record.

跟进健身中心泳衣供应物品充足和月销售记录

26.    Assist health club manager department daily operation and working plan.

协助部门经理的日常工作和工作计划

27.    Check Monthly department linen and lost and damage report

检查部门月布草的流失和破损报告

28.    Prepare Monthly Membership Card sales record and report

准备每月健身中心会员卡销售记录和报告

29.    Any reasonable and work related tasks that your superior assign to you.

30.    Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

31.    Through close supervision, recommends improvement in Health Center operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

32.    Keep the good relationship and communication with each Members & Guests that to achieve the goal of Health center Membership Development.

33.    Plan the sales promotions or organize the membership activities to achieve the department Monthly and Annually budget.

制定销售计划或组织各项会员活动来达到部门月度和年度经营指标。

34.    The Health Center Supervisor needs to ensure all staff on duty are kept immaculately groomed at all time and wear correct and complete uniform.

健身中心主管要确保所有员工在当班时始终保持恰当的仪容仪表和穿着正确的制服。

35.    Ensures all staffs are followed the department duty roster and presented on time.

确保所有的员工按照部门排班准时出勤。

36.    The Health Center Supervisor must be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action required.

健身中心主管要公正地评判任何员工的违纪行为。

37.    Ensures that all staff behavior, personal grooming and service skills are in line with hotel standards

要确保所有员工的日常行为,个人的仪容仪表和服务技能要符合酒店的标准。

38.    Keep a good relationship with other departments and attends any meetings in the absence of the Health Center Manager as required.

同其它的部门保持良好的工作关系,在健身中心经理缺席时,根据需要参加任何会议。

39.    Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues,if cannot handle or any special issues should be report to Health Center Manager immediately.

处理客人投诉或争议,如果不能处理或特殊事件必须马上汇报给健身中心经理。

40.    To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.

要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。

41.    General In charge of the health center operation when Manager is absence or vacation.

当部门经理缺席或休假时总体管理健身中心营运。

42.    Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application.

了解安全规定,并且确保实施。

43.    Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.

保证工作场所干净整齐。

44.    Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.

确保人员和酒店财产的安全。

45.    Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).

尊重并确保酒店对环保章程的承诺(节约能源、重复使用、垃圾分类等)

46.    Ensure all staff are well trained on All Emergency situations and are prepared for Any Fire evacuations.

确保所有员工受到紧急情况处理程序的培训并对火警疏散做好准备

47.    All staff will ensure the safety and security of all Guests and fellow associates in order to provide a proper safe working area.

所有员工要确保客人和同事的安全以提供一个安全的工作区域

48.    Log and report all security incidents and accidents in accordance to Hotel requirements.

按饭店要求记录、汇报安全事故

49.    All Staff are trained to be aware of security measures in order to protect Hotel’s property and equipment at all times.

为保护饭店财产和设备所有员工都要受到得保安措施的培训

50.    Ensure all areas of the Fitness Center are well maintained to avoid any safety concerns for both Guests and Associates.

确保康乐中心区域被很好地维护并避免对客人和员工会造成隐患的安全问题

51.    Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor

Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验

1.      Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

具有酒店行政、酒店管理或相关的文凭或毕业证书

2.      1 years Health Center experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience. 

最好拥有在相似规模酒店1年健康中心工作经验,包括主管的经验。

3.      Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店、品牌和公司,与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。

4.      Good writing skills.

具有良好写作技能。

5.      Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

熟练使用微软办公软件。

6.      Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

具有解决问题、说服、激励、组织和培训的能力。

7.      Strong leadership skills in managing teams.
