Provides support on a
daily basis to the Director of Marketing & Communications. Assists where
necessary the Director of Marketing in areas related to hotel public relations.

Co-ordinates with
Front Office in dealing with complaints from in house guests Prepares guest
letters related to guest complaints

Prepares a weekly
activity report
准备每周工作报告致市场传讯总监。
4.     
Coordinates and
follows through on PR initiated events, media interviews and press releases
根据公关活动情况，与媒体保持联络并负责发表信息。

Coordinates hotel
site inspections
领客人参观酒店。
6.     
Maintains the image
of the Hotel
维护酒店形象。
7.     
Maintains hotel media
kit and photo library including master shots and the hotel slide library
保留酒店宣传资料，包括酒店照片资料及幻灯资料。

Attends all Sales
& Marketing Meetings
参加市场销售部会议。
9.     
Attends promotional
events in the hotel
参加酒店促销活动。
10.  
Works with the
Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure maximum exposure is
obtained for all hotel activities，functions, promotions programs etc

Knowledge and
experience in Internet and e-commerce.
