1. Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outletis managed efficiently according to the established concept statement,providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

2. Is a hands-on manager and is present at all times inthe Outlet, especially during busy periods.

3. Establishes and strictly adheres to the par stocksfor all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure thatthe outlet is adequately equipped.

4. Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks onall operating equipment and supplies.

5. In the absence of Outlet Manager, conducts dailypre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.

6. Liaises with the Culinary Department on dailyoperations and quality control.

7. Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of allfood and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food andBeverage combinations and upsell alternatives.

8. Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organised,both at the front as well as the back of house.

9. Liaises and organises with Housekeeping Departmentthat the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.

10. Conducts regular inspections of the Outlet ensuringstandards of cleanliness is maintained at all times.

11. Coordinates and maintains machine maintenancereports and records.

12. Handles all guest requests and inquiries on food,beverage and service.

13. Ensures that all associates establish a rapport withguests.
