To ensure smooth management and tight control of room inventory in order to maximize revenue, yield and occupancy.

协助定期监控已确认的团队用房量和未来的散客预订，以确保准确的住房率预测和更好的收入管理。
To assist to monitor regularly on the confirmed group rooms inventory and advance FIT bookings to ensure accurate occupancy forecast and better revenue management.

发展并维护与主要生意来源客户的良好沟通，为房务部和市场部提供有价值的反馈。
To develop and maintain a high level of communication with all major sources of business, and advise Rooms and Marketing Division of feedback where necessary.

Processes all reservation requests by phone, mail or fax, and system, promptly and accurately to established standards.
通过电话，邮件和传真的方式执行预定，按照指定的标准迅速、准确的输入系统。

Checks daily arrivals and informs concerned personnel of any missing information. 
核查每日到达客人的资料，如有任何遗漏的讯息及时通知相关人员。

Adheres to pre-set availability and rate controls.
遵循预置的可销售房间数和房价制度。

Manage guestrooms assignment including registering guests and issuing room key.
管理房间分配，包括登记客人和发放房间钥匙。

Work closely with other departments for VIP assignments (reservation trace, routing, billing party, guest history, etc.), pending room communication, room moves, etc.
与其他部门密切合作，处理VIP分配 (预订跟踪，路线，账单，客人历史资料等)，待定房间沟通，房间转移等。

Be highly familiar and able to implement the Brand standards for Reservations.
高度熟悉并能够执行酒店预定标准。

Identify, investigate, consult and rectify rate discrepancies.
识别、调查、咨询和纠正费率差异。

Ensure Guest history records are merged and purged and at all times relevant, and all repeat guests are pre-registered.
任何时候都应该确保客人历史记录的合并和相关信息的清除，所有的回头客都提前登记及查阅。

Ensure all credit and deposit procedures established in the hotel are implemented following the established Credit Policies and Procedures.
确保酒店所有的信贷和押金均按照既定的政策和程序执行。

Organize and coordinate the group check-in, kept closely communication and cooperation with organizer of internal and external.
组织并协调团队入住，与内外部负责人保持密切沟通和配合。
