Job Description职责描述：

1. 每年与市场销售总监一起制定年度营销方案。确保营销方案的执行并监管其过程。如有需要，（每季度）更新方案。Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together withDirector of Sales &Marketing of the hotel. Ensures that the plan is adheredto and monitorsits progress. To update the plan if necessary (quarterly).

2. 指导销售团队的工作开展：内部沟通（酒店/销售）,纪录销售统计数据（销售目标）。Oversees the administration of his/her team: Internalcommunications (hotels/sales).Record of sales statistics (sales objectives)

3. 更新竞争对手信息,对新竞争对手的市场分析.Competitors updated ,market analyze of the new business.

4. 促使现有客户成为多产客户.To encourage existing accounts to be ourproductiveaccount.

5. 定义潜在业务，通过私人访问、电话和信件和先前以及潜在客户保持联系，以便和他们建立合同关系，特别是公司账户。Identify business potential and upkeeps close contactwithformer and potential clients through personal visits, phone callsandcorrespondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especiallywithCorporate accounts.

6. 完成销售目标并坚持营销计划中确定的份额。Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set outin themarketing plan.

7.确保销售团队及其服务符合客户要求。如果遇到客人投诉，应主动担当酒店和客人之间的调解人。 Ensure that the sales team meet clients requirementandthat the client service offered corresponds effectively to theirrequests. In the event of complaintsmade by clients, should the need arise, to availhim/herself as mediatorbetween the hotel and clients & guests.
