岗位职责
1.负责管辖区内客房清洁卫生工作和服务工作，掌握客情，合理安排人力，组织和指挥下属员工，严格按照工作规程和要求，做好管辖区内客房及环境的清洁卫生、宾客迎送和接待服务工作。
2.掌握管辖区内各种设施设备的情况，及时提出报修、更新和添置计划。
3.掌握管辖区内客房状态情况，负责对客人遗留物品的招领和处理。
4.负责管辖区客房用品的管理，保持仓库物品堆放整齐，领用合理，消耗控制得当，做出盘点明细表和预算申请，做到日清月结,账物相符。
5.组织或督导员工的岗位业务培训，不断提高客房服务员的业务技能，保证优质的规范服务。
6.坚持服务现场的督导和管理，每天检查管辖区内拥有的客房，发现问题及时指导和纠正。
7.了解和掌握员工的思想状况，做好思想工作，确保管辖区客房内部工作的协作性和一致性。
8.使用正确的程序报告工程问题并进行检查。
9.按计划实施楼层每周、每月的清洁计划和保养计划。
10.处理临时的紧急情况。
岗位要求
1.高中毕业学历或同等以上文化程度。
2.有三年以上客房楼层工作经验，熟悉客房服务流程、标准。
3.有良好的文字及语言表达能力，熟练使用电脑，能解决宾客提出的问题。
4.身体健康，声音甜美。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：30-45岁
