Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· To maintain a high standard of food presentation and quality of product.
· Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
· Participates in making food requisitions.
· Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.
· Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.
· Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.
· Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.
· Buffets decoration items and show pieces.
· Responsible for the pastry talent hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas.
· Assist with the receiving and storage of pastry goods.
· Assist pastry chef with the preparation presentation and storage of pastry.
· 保证食品出品和产品质量的高标准.
· 在饼房运作方面支持饼房厨师长的工作,保证提供高效率的服务.
· 根据要求参与制作服务.

·负责饼房厨师工作区域和存储区域的卫生、防疫、整洁.
· 协助接收和储存饼房物品.
· 协助厨师长做好出品的准备工作和食品的储存工作.
Job Requirements岗位要求
· High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking.
· Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.
· Acknowledged managerial skills.
· Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
· 高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习.
· 至少2到4年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验.
· 具有相关管理技能.
· 了解,熟悉HACCP知识.
