·Directly responsible for sanitation of
all culinary, storage and buffet areas直接负责厨房卫生设施,存储和自助餐区域
·Inspects food holding and transport
equipment repair and maintenance progra检查食品持有程序和运输设备及其维修设备程序
·Ensures compliance with food handling
and sanitation standards确保食品操作及卫生标准符合规定规范
·Ensures compliance with all local,
state and federal regulations确保所有操作符合政府法律法规
·Responsible for proper cleaning &
storage of all China, Glass, Silver & serviceequipment
负责清洁,存储所有的瓷器,玻璃器皿,银器及其他各种管事器具
·Conducts China, glass and silver
inventories对瓷器,玻璃器皿和银器皿定期盘点管理
·Enforce proper breakdown procedure for
banquets, restaurants, room serviceand associates cafeteria
针对宴会厅,餐厅,客房送餐及员工餐厅执行正确适当的破损程序
·Making sure the cleanness level is
compliant with the brand standard guidelines确保清洁标准符合酒店品牌标准
·Train associates in safety procedures
and supervises their ability to follow lossprevention policies to prevent
accidents and control costs.给予部门员工安全程序的培训,预防事故发生培训,及成本控制
·To ensure the efficient scheduling of
and associates合理有效安排部门员工的排班
岗位要求:
·Working experiences in an international star level
hotel with the same position will be necessary需具有相同职位的国际星级酒店的工作经验
·Knowledge of food handling and
sanitation standards具备处理食物和环境卫生标准的知识
·Knowledge of Basic sanitation controls
and purpose and use of cleaning supplies具备基本卫生设备控制和使用清洁设备
·Understanding of use and maintenance of
