销售主任的任务主要是协助销售经理在当地区域大力推广本酒店及集团内部的其他酒店，该职务负责对个人、团体、宴会、会议的预定，以主要客户为基础并不断挖掘潜在客户以完成及超额完成预定、住房率、平均房价及营业额。
Sales Executive's mission is help Sales Manager to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. This position is accountable for booking individual, group business, banquets and meetings on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects to meet with and excel the forecasted occupancy, budgeted average rate and revenue.
