岗位职责：
1、负责媒体联系以及新闻稿件的撰写和发布，提高饭店品牌知名度和美誉度。
2、负责微博、微信内容的发布、维护、增粉等，提高饭店影响力和关注度。
3、负责杂志媒体、微博、微信运营策略的制定及执行，与网站相关部门配合，发布饭店最新动态信息，定期与粉丝互动。研究、开发饭店新媒体宣传渠道。
4、掌握同行业媒体宣传、微博、微信产品变化等。
5、负责酒店餐饮产品在电商渠道上的发布及管理。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；传媒专业优先。
2、擅长文字编写工作，对微博、微信、博客、论坛等产品有浓厚兴趣或深刻认识。
3、有网络及新媒体运营经验、媒体采编经验和市场工作经验者优先，有相关官方微博、微信运作管理经验优先。
4、喜欢并乐于接受新鲜事物，头脑灵活，有各类网络社区的活跃用户优先。
5、具备良好的数据分析能力、语言及文字表达能力，了解互联网文化、发展动态及网络互动营销基本手法。
6、注重团队合作；善于沟通，富有创意，有良好的服务精神，具备良好的团队协作能力。
7、工作态度端正，吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力。
8、熟练使用文字和图片编辑处理软件，擅用word、excel、photoshop、ppt等。
