岗位职责

1.制定及执行市场销售计划

2.市场开发、客源组织和餐饮的销售工作。

3.分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势，设立市场目标。

4.走访客户，根据市场变化，并不断改进服务工作。

5.审核服务活动的策划方案，组织员工工作。

6.签定客户优惠协议及各种合作协议、广告宣传服务协议。

7.统筹公司内外的公关宣传工作;审阅公司对外发布的宣传稿件。

8.对外通过接待、出访、新闻媒介等，对内做好各部门的推销和宣传活动等，管理美工制作，以达到公司经营的宣传目标。

岗位要求

1. 具有本科以上文化程度，具有海外留学经验者优先；

2. 英文流利；

3. 具有3年以上同岗位工作经验，有相当的客户渠道的优先；

4. 在总经理的领导下拟订公司定位营销策略，确定目标市场，进行市场细分，制定价格体系；

5. 建立各类客户及政府机构、社团等资料档案，做好社区及客户关系，树立良好的企业品牌，为公司的长期永续经营提供保障；

6. 分析、协调、帮助解决销售人员工作中的问题与困难；

7. 在价格政策下开展营销工作，收集分析市场信息、预测市场走势、比较竞争对手的情况，为公司的经营决策提供依据；

8. 与新闻媒体及政府机构建立良好的互动，负责广告推广，建立品牌形象。
