岗位职责
1.负责公司产品的销售工作，与客户保持密切联系，并做好跟进服务工作；
2.负责搜集、整理市场情报及销售信息，并对市场客户的档案资料进行收集整理，发掘潜在宾客及其需求，扩大市场范围；
3.拜访客户，进行推介，以达成协议，签署合同，并形成相应的工作记录；
4.根据不同季节、不同市场情况提出合理化建议并落实执行销售方案；
5.与其他部门做好协调工作，确保对客人的优质服务；
6.及时处理客人的投诉，无法处理的要及时向部门主管反馈以便及时解决；
7.完成部门领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求
1.大专及以上学历，市场营销及相关专业，具备酒店营销学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备；
2.有1年以上销售岗位的工作经历者优先录用；
3. 具有良好的职业道德，熟悉餐厅或者酒店的销售运作，具有一定的客户资源；
4.有强烈的服务意识、良好的组织协调能力和社交技巧，自我调控力强，具有良好的心理承受力；
5.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及时掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议；
6.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
