【岗位职责】
1. The planning of restaurant activities.
餐厅各项活动的策划。
2. Work with the restaurant manager to plan and promote the festival, and improve the
overall revenue of the restaurant.
和餐厅经理一起完成各个节日的策划以及促销活动，提高餐厅整体营收。
3. Attend network functions.
参加网络营销。
4. This person will attend networking events to socialize with local community and promote restaurants.
参加社交活动，与当地社区进行社交活动，并推广餐厅。
5. Build relationship with restaurant guests.
与餐厅客人建立密切联系。
6. During “prime time” the sales manager will be around in restaurants to build relations with existing guests and seek opportunities for additional revenue.
在“黄金时间”期间，销售经理将在餐厅里与现有客人建立关系，并寻找额外收入的机会。
7. Observe and assess competition.
观察和评估竞争对手。
8. The sales manager will do a monthly research on promotions and activities the competition is engaged in. A complete assessment of the competition will be done once a quarter.
销售经理将每月对竞争对手的促销和活动做一个调查；对竞争对手的全面评估每季度进行一次。
9. Attend and co-chair weekly restaurants sales strategy meeting.
参加并主持每周一次的饭店销售策略会议。
10. The sales manager will attend and organize weekly restaurant sales strategy meeting.

11. Maintaining F&B database.
维护餐饮部数据库。
12. This person will be working actively with the F&B management team and Marketing Communication team to establish and increase an F&B guest contact database.

【岗位要求】
1. 4 years hotel experience with at least 2 years F&B management experience.
