o Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members to ensure delivery of the Capella brand, values and vision, to create an amazing experience for our guests and team members.

o Communicates expectations, recognizes performance, and produces consistent desired business results.

明确工作标准与预期,表彰优秀工作表现,稳定达成经营业绩目标。

o Be an exemplary role model in inspiriting team members through strong demonstration of the Capella Culture and Service Philosophy.

充分践行嘉佩乐企业文化与服务理念,以身作则,带动团队。

o Oversees and manages the daily operations of the department and ensures that all team members comply with service standards, departmental policies and operating procedures set by the hotel.

统筹管理部门日常运营,督促全体员工严格遵守酒店制定的服务标准、部门规章制度及操作流程。

o Assists in the creation and conceptualization of unique beverage menu that enhances the dining experiences of guests. Also, planning strategic pricing through making competitive analysis of competitors and the general market.

协助打造特色酒水单,升级宾客用餐体验;调研竞品及整体市场行情,规划具有竞争力的定价方案。

o Proactively initiate suggestions to maximize profit-generation of the Beverage Department
while maintaining a high level of service and product quality.

主动提出增收方案,在保障高标准服务与产品品质的前提下,提升酒水部门营收利润。

o Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments in communication of promotions and specials of the restaurant to maximize sales.

与酒店各部门高效沟通协作,同步餐厅各类推广活动与特色产品信息,最大化提升营业额。

o Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel daily services, activities, promotion, and event. Effectively communicate and update all team members on any changes to ensure guests receive up-to-date information.

熟知酒店每日服务项目、活动、推广及宴会安排,及时同步所有变动信息给团队,确保向宾客提供最新、准确的资讯。

o Be the champion of knowledge and expertise in beverages, food and beverages pairing to provide suitable suggestions to enhance guests’ dining experience. Also, upselling the restaurant’s specialties in efforts to inject higher profit earnings.

精通酒水知识、餐酒搭配专业内容,能为宾客提供适配推荐,提升用餐体验;主动推销餐厅特色产品,提高门店盈利。

o Be the champion of the local culture, heritage sites and trends by keeping up-to-date with the city’s happenings, area surrounding the hotel to provide recommendations and directions for the guests.

熟悉本地文化、地标景点与城市潮流,实时掌握酒店周边城市动态,为宾客提供游玩推荐与出行指引。

o Handling complaints and resolving service ‘Glitches’, keep a record of all feedback under the appropriate system. Ensures that the issues are resolved in a timely manner to guests’ satisfaction.

处理宾客投诉,妥善解决服务突发问题;按规范系统完整记录所有宾客反馈,及时处理问题,直至宾客满意。

o Assists the higher management in updating the Standard Operating Procedures in accordance to the hotel standards and business level by suggesting improvements to improve efficiency of work and performance.

结合酒店标准与经营现状,向管理层提出优化建议,协助更新标准作业流程,提升工作效率与团队业绩。

o Report any issue or damages and breakdowns within working areas and the hotel to ensure a defect-free facilities and service amenities provided.

及时上报工作区域内设施损坏、故障等问题,保障酒店配套设施、服务设备完好可用。

o Ensure all team members recognizes the importance of LQA and Forbes standards as to deliver excellent audit and service performance.

带领团队充分重视 LQA 酒店质量审计、福布斯服务评级标准,保障各项审核与服务考评取得优异成绩。

o Analyze guest feedback from direct feedback, comment card or any online reviews and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.

整理分析宾客直接反馈、意见卡及线上平台评价,制定优化方案,持续提升酒店综合评分。

o Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support.

与各部门维持良好协作关系,高效处理跨部门运营事务,作为跨部门协作的标杆。

o Empower team members to take ownership and responsibility in going beyond to exceed guest expectations. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

充分授权员工自主负责服务工作,鼓励员工主动服务、超出宾客预期;合理分配工作任务,要求员工承担对应责任,并定期收集工作反馈。

o Monitor performances team members and provide effective performance feedback for improvements, recognition and performance appraisal as due.

监督员工工作表现,及时给予绩效反馈,开展评优及定期绩效考核。

o Mentor and guide individual team members’ growth and identify short to long-term goals to achieve and ensure high colleague engagement and welfare.

指导、培养员工个人成长,协助员工制定短期及长期职业目标,提升员工归属感与满意度。

o Participate in recruitment activities such as interviewing new talents for the departments and succession planning.

参与部门人才招聘工作,负责面试候选人,并统筹团队人才继任规划。

o Take ownership of individual’s growth and be involved in career progression and succession planning of team members.

关注员工长期发展,统筹团队职业晋升与人才储备计划。

o Proactively identify training needs of team members to ensure enhancement and performance improvement.

主动挖掘团队培训需求,开展培训,提升员工专业能力与整体工作表现。

o Plan and schedule roster according to business level to optimize resources.

根据门店经营客流合理排班,优化人力成本与人员配置。
