1.           Theability to assist in hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, directing andsupervising the work of employees in the Banquet Department.能够协助经理聘用, 训练, 激励, 磨练, 指挥和监督员工。2.           Theability to assist in scheduling all employees to maintain the service standardsof Marriott while operating within budgeted labour cost guidelines.按计划协助经理让所有员工一起维持万豪的服务标准并控制劳动力成本。3.           Theability to ensure proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipmentthrough proper supervision of service personnel.能够协助经理在日常管理中对酒店的设备进行适当的维护和保养。4.           Theability to attend regular catering meetings in the absence of the Banquet SvcManager to obtain information of the upcoming contracted functions.在宴会服务经理不在的情况下，能够帮助他参加常规的会议，并获取即将进行的会议、宴会的信息。5.        Theability to organize and orchestrate any last minute changes or details tofunctions.有能力安排、处理任何临时有变动的宴会、会议。6.        Theability to assist in directly overseeing the actual set-up and service ofcontracted functions by giving specific menu information to the servers, bycoordinating the timing of the dinner with the Banquet chef and by assigningfunctions to the Captains to insure their success.负责直接协调和监督布置的实际情况和确定好的服务方式，通过把特殊的菜单信息告知服务员，并与宴会主厨协调晚宴时间和分配工作来确保宴会成功。7.        Theability to take an active role in implementing safety procedures and followingup within the department.在部门内部积极地实施安全措施以及后续更进。8.
