【岗位职责】
1. 每月底协助提供未支付的费用给会计人员预提。
2. 完整地将所有供应商的货款录入系统。
3. 确保未被支付的发票与系统账龄中的金额一致。
4. 检查所有费用支出报表和支票申请单以保证所有凭证齐全及有批准。
5. 在支票送签之前,准备好支票并附上凭证。
6. 完成供应商对账调节表。
7. 在发出支票之前确保所有支票已被批准。
8. 确信所有付款有足够的凭证。
9. 非常熟悉应付账款业务。
10. 每月准备应付账款余额统计及相关报表。
