岗位职责：
1. 负责酒店各部门员工的考勤管理工作，完成月工资表及离职工资表的制作和统计；2. 员工社保公积金及与之相关的变更、退休、工伤、生育等工作经办；
3. 员工的试用期、劳动合同、假期、奖惩等的管理流程实施工作；
4. 管理及维护人事系统，审核人事信息变动单据以确保其与人事系统保持正确及一致；
5.保持与当地政府劳动社会保障当局的工作联系，及时更新及分享相关政策；
岗位要求
1.熟练使用办公软件，熟悉石基系统；
2.了解当地社保公积金政策，具备基本的劳动法知识。
