To ensure that all mechanical system equipments are well organized & running smoothly.
确保所有的机械系统设备组织和运行良好。
To finish W.O. as soon as possible as well as special tasks.
尽快完成所有的工作单和特殊任务。
To finish daily W.O. with high efficiency in premise of safety.
要求在安全前提下，高效率完成每天工单。
To control all equipments of kitchen, laundry & ventilation system, and check inventory periodically.
控制所有厨房、洗衣房及所有通风机械设备，并定期检查所有的备品。
Be familiar with hotel kitchen, laundry & ventilation mechanical equipment principle, can work independently and solve the troublesome.
熟悉酒店厨房、洗衣房和通风机械设备原理，做到能独立工作和排除故障。
Trouble-shooting, operate, repair and maintain of:
故障查找、操作、修理且维保：
To check equipment operation status, record the nessary data as requried, and find problesm to solve timely and report to Supervisor.
按要求巡查设备运行情况，记录必要数据，发现问题及时处理并报告上司。
To assist Dept to take actions on energy management solutions.
协助部门实施能耗管理措施。
To clean working place & engineering area, and keep the ckeaness.
清洁工场间和工程区域,保持工场间的整洁。
Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance & cleanness.
维持自己负责的区域和设备的良好状态和清洁。
Carrying our program given by Jr. Sup. And perform other duties may be assigned.
执行初级主管给出的各项任务。完成其它可能被分派的任务。
