Be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the accounting and financial matters, ensure all finance department well operate. To complete and submit the financial reports and management report on time accurately.

Assist the operation department to prepare, implement and improve the internal control policy.

Maintain the relationship with the 3rd party, including the holding company, public accountant, and local government and Accor Regional office.
维持与第三方的紧密联系，第三方包括控股公司、公共审计师、外部审计师、当地机构以及雅高酒店区域总部。

Prepare, publish accurate monthly financial report and related reports
 及时编制、公布准确的财务月报表和其它相关报告；

Review the balance sheet once a month, correct it if there is any discrepancy
每月完全核对一次所有资产负债表账目，若有差异，立即确认并纠正。

Supervise and ensure the Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and cashier’s job responsibility, especially:
监督和确保应收账款、应付账款和收银职能的顺畅执行，尤其是：

All the accounts receivable is true, take action on the overdue balance.
所有应收账款余额均为真实的，采取适当行动收取逾期款项。

Conduct the regular credit meeting with GM and all related HODs, amylase on the balance in the credit meeting.
定期组织有总经理和所有相关部门主管参与的信用会议，并于会议上分析所有应收账款余额。

Supervise the maintenance of the Accounts receivable ledger, create the new Accounts Receivable code and update the credit limit.
监督应收账款明细分类账的维护，创设新的应收账款代码或更新信用额度。

Develop the accounting, administrative and legal system to obtain the optimum speed, accuracy and content of management information commensurate with economic costs and other duties.
完善财务，行政管理及程序等方面的制度，以取得和经济成本及其它方面相匹配的最大经济实效。

Follow and complete other work tasks from department leader.
完成上级指派的其他工作。
