§ Maintains complete and supported records of all Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Department.
§ Establishes an efficient trace of File to ensure that all Room Maintenance Requests is properly tracked.
§ Responds to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information/ messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
§ Prepares compiles and distributes the weekly/ monthly reports in a timely manner.
§ Ensures the Department’s Log Book is being accurately maintained.
§ Assists in the distributions of relevant hotel information to Housekeeping employees when required.
