岗位职责
1.负责管理公司客户和地区委派的任务，包括日常的销售拜访，发展新客户，谈判合同与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。2.组织销售代表走访客户，管理客户资料并检查其工作，完成季度销售任务。
3.掌握内外商务、散客市场动态，组织销售人员走拜访，审核销售代表的走拜访计划及拜访记录。
4.编写、修改报价信函、合同及推销文书。
5.积极宣传酒店服务和设施，树立酒店形象。
6.将工作中存在的问题反映给市场总监。
7.熟悉北京上海市场。
岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.行为举止端正大方，仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求。
3.应征者需具备以下领导素能：行动力、决策能力、变更管理、沟通能力、组织理解力、诚信、时间和任务管理能力。
