岗位职责
1.按照既定标准和工作程序，对客房、走廊和工作间进行清洁。
2.补充客用品。
3.检查、补充、收取小酒吧物品的费用。
4.及时、真诚的完成上级分派的工作和客人要求。
5.向上级汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况。
6.保证设备的清洁和修缮。
7.完成每日客房检查和服务员工作单。
9.及时向上级汇报和上交客人遗失物品。
10.及时向上级汇报客人的投诉。
11.保护客人及酒店的财产及隐私。
12.按要求参加会议和培训活动。
13.如有需要，提供客衣服务的相关工作，包括递送布草、收取客衣等。
岗位要求：
1.具有良好的管家部楼层日常操作方面的知识。
2.能够适应变动的工作时间，可以上早班和夜班，并且能在周末和公共假日上班。
3.具有良好清洁剂使用及清洁房间方面的知识。
