岗位职责：
1.根据酒店和品牌定义的烹饪方法和加工方式生产并呈现菜肴；
2.视活动或餐饮提供方式而定，可能需要在客人面前在餐厅内准备食物；
3.确保安全、正确的使用的设备、工具和机器；
4.协助厨师长，对于所分配的工作区域有组织和计划的工作；
5.始终遵守HACCP的要求，确保工作场所保持清洁和食品安全；
岗位要求：
1.两年的相关工作经验；
2.了解，熟悉HACCP知识；
3.熟悉电脑操作知识
