Learn and become proficient in Hyatt’s Management Tool Kit and Information Systems.
Maintain the property's Revenue Management knowledge base.
To maximize revenues by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring that an optimal guest mix is maintained.
Evaluate group booking requests to ensure that the property is not displacing higher yielding revenue.
Participate in the critical analysis of the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the hotel.
Create and Maintain Group and Transient booking links.
Apply acquired knowledge to forecasts and selling strategies.
Maintain room inventories through all distribution channels while ensuring rate parity.
Communicates and implements sales strategies with revenue generating departments.
Maintain and enhance current reporting tools.
Monitor booking reports and system overrides on an ongoing basis.
Participate in yearly budget preparations.
Participate in analyzing events/trends that may impact the property's revenues.
Conduct research that assesses the revenue management practices of the hotel's primary competitors to ensure that opportunities to enhance the hotel's revenues are not overlooked and offer recommendations.
Monitoring and managing the hotel's vanity website and hotel’s page on Hyatt.com
Assisting in executing digital strategies across all media channels.
Attend calls with the digital agency team.
Monitor the deployment of revenue management strategies and tactics through multiple distribution channels.
Attend all company sponsored Revenue Management related training programs.
Work closely with Reservations Team on ensuring selling strategies are clearly communicated.
Oversee accurate input of Reservations into system.
Prepare and analyse ECommerce report and give recommendations.
Maximize potential room revenue by following specified selling guidelines.
Maintain a selective sell board/restriction calendar.
Forecasting.
Rooms merchandising.
