【工作职责】
能够与顾客进行良好的互动并能有礼貌地回答客人有关酒店设施的问题。
向健康中心会员及酒店顾客尽力宣传并促销水疗相关产品及服务。
与水疗中心就相关项目计划的制订及其他领域共同协作。
精通水疗中心各个营运环节包括商务电话运用、对客服务、水疗中心服务项目按摩、面部美容等、零售等。
督导一切水疗中心营运活动。
根据要求向会议团体宣传并促销水疗中心服务项目。
确保对竞争对手的了解包括地点、服务项目、价格及其促销活动。
协助相关行政工作并实施所有水疗中心相关培训例如商务电话技巧、顾客关系、水疗服务按摩、丝瓜海棉服务、面部保养等、零售技巧等。
就服务技巧或项目进行相关培训正确示范设备使用。
监督水疗中心所有入货及相关事宜。

[Job Description]
To ensure clients comfort at all times.
Perform all 30 and 55 minute Spa programs.
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each Spa program.
Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, alcohol, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the Spa work area.
The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
Perform all Body Treatments as required.
CoOrdinate Spa services with other spa programmes.
Insure current trends in body treatment industry.
Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
Maintain current professional licenses.
.Report dysfunctional equipment to Operations Manager.
Work with the Health Club in the formulation of plans for projects and other areas.

Supervises all Spa operations.
Promote and sell customised spa programmes to conference groups as required.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, services offered, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare and update service operations manuals.
Work with the Health Club Manager in the formulation of plans for projects and other areas.
Assist in the administration and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Spa's operations i.e. Business telephone usage, Guest relations, Spa services (massage, loofah, facial, etc.), Retail sales ...
Conduct employee in services on any accepted techniques or programmes and demonstrate the proper use of equipment and products.
Tour potential clients/members as needed.
Meet with product vendors as required.
Supervise all aspects of handling incoming stock for Spa department.
