· Liaise closely with Department heads to ensure that all occupational health and safety aspects to the hotel are well panned and coordinated to achieve maximum impact

· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety issues

· 显示出对健康与安全问题的高度认识。

· Assist in establishing policy and processes for accident compensation and staff rehabilitation

· 协助制定事故赔偿和员工康复的条例和程序。

· Handle all communication concerning occupational health and safety and inform the HR manager of the day to day issues

· 处理所有与职业健康和安全相关的沟通工作，向人力资源经理汇报日常工作中的问题。

· Ensure input into the orientation and induction of new staff including training in techniques of safe manual handling and identification and prompt reporting of health and safety risks

· Monitor staff adherence to workplace health and safety procedures
