· Ensure all traces and events inquiries are completed and recorded and accurate trace dates and follow up within Meeting Success Standard Procedures.

· Follow up on contract, agreed deposit and cancellation charges to ensure the hotel policy is followed by all team members.
· 按流程跟进押金、合同和违约罚款,团队成员贯彻执行酒店政策。
· Review and confirm all events details with clients and operation team in advance. Issue accurate BEO/Group Resume/Floor Plan/Change Log/VIP Alerts etc. on time. Conduct weekly BEO meeting, handover events to operation departments.
· 会前与客户及营运部门密切沟通、确认各项活动细节。在酒店规定时间点前出具正确的团队/宴会任务单、场地图、更改单、贵宾通知等文件。主持每周定期召开的营运协调会,确保将团队信息准确地交付营运部门执行并复核。
· Greeting/Farewell event customers. On call to solve any problem that may occur during the stay of the respective group. Arrange exit interview before group/event departure, develop potential repeat business.
· 欢迎、欢送团队/宴会客户,随时待命并协助营运部门解决在店团队/宴会活动发生的意外事件。协助宴会统筹总监做好每个团队离店前的会后面谈,提高客户回头率。
· Ensure event bill be delivered to client in time and update final revenue data into system. Assist accounting able to receive the payment in line with agreement.
· 确保活动账单并在酒店规定时限内交付客人核账,确保系统录入数据的准确性并及时更新。配合财务部在如约收款。
· Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
· 执行使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
· Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
· 保持定期的电话销售模式。
· Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
· 监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
· Attend regular meetings.

· Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.

· Maintain regular contract with the ICHG regional network of hotels and reservation center.
