Job Description 岗位职责：

1.To ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of the hotel are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with local regulations and general accounting principles.

确保所有会计事务涉及到酒店的各项活动，全面、准确、正确地被记录，并符合地方性法规和一般会计准则。

2.To assist the FC in the effective management of the hotel’s overall accounting functions, preparation of financial reports, analyzes, forecasts and budgets, paying particular attention to the maintenance of high accounting standards, management information and controls consistent with the statutory requirements and the property needs.

协助财务总监有效管理酒店的整体会计职能，财务报告的编制、分析、预测和预算，尤其注意维持高会计标准、管理信息和控制符合法定要求、以及行业需要。

3. To ascertain all disbursements and claims are supported by necessary documents and processed timely.

确保所有的支出和债权都有章可循，并及时地处理。

4. Check the General Cashier Daily Report ensuring that the daily cash receipts are deposited in time.

检查总出纳日报，以确保每日的现金收入都及时入账。

5. To conduct surprise cash count (at least once a month) of the General Cashier cash float, petty cash and other major imprest funds.

突击检查总出纳的现金数（至少每月一次），包括备用金、零用现金及其他主要定额备用金。

6. To ensure that all accounting entries are properly recorded.

确保正确地记载所有会计分录。

7. To ensure all sub-ledgers agree with the general ledger.

确保所有的明细分类账与总账相符。

8. To ensure all provisions, accruals and adjustments are accounted for and correctly posted to the general ledger system.

确保所有预提、收益和调账都被正确过账到总账系统。

9.To coordinate with all department heads for the preparation and submission of periodic reports, schedules and analyses to finance department for consolidation.

与各部门负责人协调，准备和提交有关定期的报告、计划和分析给财务部以合并。

10.To prepare the compilation of various budgets, forecasts and business plan.

准备编制各种预算、预测和商业计划书。

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Thorough knowledge in high-star international hotel designing financial system and in accounting principles and procedures.

全面了解高星级国际酒店财务系统的设计和会计处理理论和程序。

2. To be able handle skillfully office automation software and proficient in computer operation and familiarize with the application of hotel’s automated system, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera PMS, MICROS POS, Materials Control, SunSystem etc. both in Chinese and English version.

熟练操作中英文版本的办公自动化软件和精通电脑操作并熟悉应用酒店自动化系统，如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera PMS, MICROS POS, Materials Control, SunSystem系统等。

3. Ability to prepare various reports as required.

能够编制需要的各种报表。

4. Able to handle other laws, insurance, banking and taxation issues.

能处理其他法律、保险、银行和税务问题。

5. Ability to file and retrieve various documents of Accounting Section effectively.

能够有效地归档和检索会计部的各种资料。

6. Good communication skill and ability to coordinate with other departments and work closely with hotel associates.

拥有良好的沟通技巧并能够协调其他部门及与酒店同事密切协作。

7. Good supervision skills, ability to provide supervision and reference to subordinates, and report on progress of their performance.

良好的管理能力，能够监督和指导下属，并汇报他们的工作进度。

8. Ability to provide on-the-job training.

能够提供在岗培训。
