职位描述

Job Description 岗位职责:

1. Assist to responsible for the Meetings & Events area; ensuring a smooth running on operation profitable within the framework of the Hotel.  

协助经理负责管理宴会厅和会议区域,确保运作的流畅,以酒店的利益为运营前提。

2. Liaison with Conventions and Sales Department to ensure the client’s requirements are satisfactorily met and even exceeded if possible. 

积极与会议主办方和销售部门沟通以确保客人的要求获得反馈或超越期望。

3. Liaison directly with clients and Conventions and Sales Department once they are on site in order to ensure their predetermined requirements are met and coordinate any additional requirements.

直接与会议客户和销售人员联络,以确保满足他们事先提出的要求和附加的要求。

4. Supervise the Meetings & Events colleague team to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction is achieved.

管理监督宴会厅员工以确保生产力最大化和达到客人满意度。

5. Conduct effective staff briefings timely to ensure correct information is being passed service staff and service standards are being maintained.

适时开展有效的员工会议以确保把正确的信息传递给服务人员,并维持优质服务的标准。

6. Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits, increasing sales revenue and the make cost expenditure efficient.

实现部门的预算指标。通过激增销售,合理支出,来获得利润。

7. Accurately forecast business to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

正确的预计商业需求以确保最有效率的人员配备和食品生产。

8.  Enforce all catering standards and operating procedures.

执行所有宴会的标准操作程序。

9. Complete assigned projects promptly and accurately.

及时并准确的完成被分配的工作任务。

10. Establish and maintain customer contact at all functions.

与所有宴会的客人建立并维持良好的关系。

11. Call each contact after each function to ensure satisfaction.

在每个宴会结束后主动与客人联系以确认客人满意度。

12. Check files to ensure program is finalized properly.

核查文件以确认最终合适的流程。

13.  Check credit properly to ensure payment correct.

做适当的信用度检查以确保款项支付。

14. Conduct training classes for new service method and set-up equipment.

为新的服务方式和设施设备的摆设举办培训课程。

15.Brief event supervisors for details of all functions scheduled.

给主管们做所有将举办的宴会、会议做细节的简要说明。


Job Requirement 岗位要求:

1. Minimum 4 years Meeting & Events operations experience, at least 2 year management experience.

四年宴会厅工作经验和至少有二年以上的宴会厅管理经验。

2. Demonstrates leadership competences.

能体现领导者的素质。

3. Demonstrates good skills and knowledge of event operations.

具备优秀的专业的宴会厅运营知识。

4. Demonstrates strong hospitality and communication skills.

良好的服务精神和沟通技巧。

5.  Demonstrates strong work ethic.

具有良好的敬业精神。

6. Demonstrates great hospitality skills and sensitivity to guest needs.

良好的服务待客技巧并预知客人的需求。

7. Demonstrated a good understanding of food production.

对食品产品知识的充分了解。
