Job Description 岗位职责：
1. Assist the Chief Engineer in the development of preventative maintenance plans.
协助总工程师制定预防性维修计划
2.Makes preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the mechanical plant as well as for that of other departments such as laundry, kitchen, swimming pool, etc.
为所有机械设备及其他部门如洗衣房、厨房、游泳池等制定预防性维修计划表
3. Complete preventative maintenance schedules for equipment in the major plant including chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning units and fans, pumps, automatic control systems, etc..
完善主要设备的预防性维修计划表，包含冷水机组、冷却塔、空调机组及风机、水泵、自动控制系统等
4. Ensures that all equipment is operated effectively by directing and supervising the operation of all running equipment.
指导、监督所有运行设备的操作以确保其有效运行
5. Maintains routine reports by recording daily meter readings and interpreting daily log sheets.
记录每日仪表读数、解释每日记录表以保持例行报告
6.Keeps Chief Engineer closely informed of anything that could indicate malfunctions.
使总工程师密切知晓任何故障的迹象
7.Detects when plant or equipment needs repair, or when it is not economically justifiable to repair, by closely monitoring repair history of all major equipment.
密切监控所有主要设备的维修记录，当设备需要维修或者维修方式不经济的时候及时发现
8.Ensures that all applicable requirements are being complied with by maintaining contact with local authorities such as fire brigade, electricity suppliers and the Health Department.’
与地方当局如消防队、电力供应商和卫生部保持联系，确保符合所有要求
9.Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of the department and/or hotel whenever possible by making suggestions to the Chief Engineer.
尽可能给总工程师提出建议以提高酒店和部门运作的有效性和效率
10. Attends relevant training to remain current on proper techniques.
参加相关培训，以保持技术实时更新
11.Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
为客人和员工保持安全的环境
12. Ensures that all employees follow safety rules and emergency procedures.

13.Takes corrective action where required to improve safety of work area.

14. Utilises leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.

15.Selects, orientates and trains qualified employees.

16.Conducts effective employee meetings and counselling sessions.

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred

3. Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
