Job Description 岗位职责：
1. To lead and support the hotel’s collaterals and promotion materials. Dissemination of the hotel’s key strategies and promotions to Medias & public thru all channels. 
负责和支持酒店宣传资料制作。透过所有传媒平台传播酒店重要策略及促销活动，提高酒店曝光率和知名度。
2. Manages all channel marketing and communications including Hotel Newsletter, Airline FF Offers, brand.com, credit card programs etc.
利用所有渠道推广市场及公关宣传，包括新闻稿，航空公司促销，集团网站，信用卡计划等。
3. Draft all press releases, speeches, presentations and collaterals required by the hotel management and departments，maintain hotel PR database and liaise with the local / overseas media.
草拟所有新闻稿，演讲稿，演示和酒店管理层和各部门需要的宣传资料，维系酒店公关资料库，建立与本地和海外媒体的联系。
4.  Initiate and drive marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns to raise hotel’s profile and build brand awareness in the local and international marketplace.
起草和积极推动市场推广，广告和公关以提升酒店于当地和国际市场的品牌知名度。
5. Oversee the production of hotel photography to ensure it is in line with corporate guidelines.
监督酒店的摄影工作，确保符合公司的准则。
6.  Initiate and oversee corporate and community sponsorships and participation in community events in line with hotel’s policy on social responsibility.
起草和监督公司和社区活动赞助，根据公司在社会责任方面的政策参与社区活动。
7. Direct and support the activities of the Communications Department.
指引和支持公关部所有活动。
8.  Manages direct mail campaigns via all channels and keeps up to date with electronic media / campaign distribution as appropriate.
通过所有渠道管理邮件广告战略，正确地通过媒体进行公关。
9. Monitors and analyses the results of all major advertising and sales promotions, recommending change for the future.
管理分析主要广告和促销的结果，提出日后改进的建议。
10. Leverage the benefits from all hotel sponsorship to maximize hotel exposure and revenue.
透过酒店所有赞助支持活动，增加酒店的曝光率和收入。
11. Produces the monthly marketing report including marketing intelligence.
准备每月的市场传媒报告包括市场情报。
12. Liaises with Director of Sales regarding rates, promotional campaigns and material and hotel sponsorships as appropriate.
与营销总监保持良好沟通，包括促销战略，酒店赞助等。
13. Database champion for all hotel databases ensuring the hotel can reach target markets efficiently and effectively.
维护酒店所有资料库以确保酒店能有效地达到目标。

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Minimum five years in public relations or marketing position, professional services marketing experience preferred.
至少五年公共关系或者市场传媒职位经验，有专业市场推广服务经验。
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write clearly for news organizations, speeches and presentations.
良好的英文与中文口语，书写技巧；能清晰的书写新闻稿，发言稿以及介绍。
3. Must be self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision and to work well with team members and. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills required for representing the hotel in diverse environments.
能够自我激励，独立地工作，能够在最小的监督下工作，能很好地和其他组员工作。精良的表达和沟通技巧，能够在各种环境下代表酒店。
4. Presentable, cheerful & professional manner, outgoing in nature, team player.
