岗位职责：
1. Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goals
实现个人销售目标
2. Along with the Hotel Operations team develop product strategies for themajor revenue streams of the Hotel positioning each as independent businessunits although building on the synergies that can be developed in a Hotelenvironment, which covers Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering
与酒店的营运团队密切合作，为酒店主要的收入来源制定产品策略。虽然建立了整体的策略，但这些产品被定位为独立的业务单位，这样可以在酒店环境中得到发展。这些产品包括客房、餐饮、宴会。
3. Participates in the implementation of marketing and sales strategiesthat support achievement of the hotel’s goals
参与实施营销和销售战略,支持实现酒店的目标
4. Achieves market share and revenue goals by working with the Director ofSales and Marketing on individual and team goals within assigned marketsegments
通过与市场销售总监合作，从而达到市场份额和收入目标,在个人和团队的目标中细分市场份额
5. With the Director of Catering and Revenue Manager ensure to price the Hotel to maximise revenues andgrow market share.
与宴会销售总监及收益管理经理密切合作，确保酒店的定价能达到收入最大化及市场占有率的增长。
6. Develops data and recommends programs to meet clients' needs
通过推荐计划，从而满足客人的需求
7. Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profitwhile satisfying client needs
准备商业计划和合同,为满足客户需求的同时，做到利润最大化
8. Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting ofclients to solicit new business
通过销售拜访、旅行社和其他公司客户来开拓新业务
9. Contacts in-house customers to retain and grow existing business, repeatbookings or referrals to other Carlson Hotels
保持与现有客户的良好关系，并推荐到其他卡尔森集团的酒店。
10. Reviews individual and team goals on a weekly basis; recommends andtakes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areas
每周回顾个人和团队的目标，并采取适当的行动来实现目标
11. Participates in the implementation of marketing strategies which aredesigned to increase awareness in the local market
参与实施的营销策略,旨在提高酒店在当地市场知名度。
12. Participates in theimplementation of public relations and advertising campaigns
参与实施公共关系和广告活动
13. Ensure all materials used are in accordance with brand standards
确保销售部所有物品都是符合集团标准的。
Job Requirement
岗位要求：
1. Minimum fiveyears hotel sales experience
至少五年星级酒店销售工作经验
2. Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
至少2年管理经验
3. Local marketknowledge preferred
熟悉本地市场优先
4. Bachelor’sdegree preferred
本科学历以上优先
5. Experiencemanaging to brand standards
有国际酒店相关工作经验
