Responsibility
Identify management and acquisition targets within the hospitality asset class
Conduct market, financial and project feasibility studies
Develop new markets and market intelligence and maintain research resources
Develop financial feasibility studies for investment and management projects
Prepare and submit proposals for internal approvals
Negotiate management contracts/investment agreements and all related contracts
Conduct due diligence of acquisition targets and business ventures
To perform feasibility studies and analysis on potential investments and acquisitions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales / Consultancy work experience
Knowledge in long term sales strategies and associated practices
Analytical problem solving skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and skills in feasibility studies and research on overseas markets on various chain scales products’ performance over time via different metrics will be an added advantages
