- Responsible for
the financial performance of the unit both from an operator and an ownership
level.
 无论从经营者还是业主的角度，对公寓的财务进行负责。
- Ensure operations
are run in line with laid down guidelines and stipulated procedures in
accordance with the operating manuals and as per the law of the land.
 确保公寓在指定的方针下有序地、正常地运作，并依法办事。
- Upkeep and
maintenance of the property / physical asset.
 维护和保养公寓内的各项财产。
- Custodian of the
brand values, credentials and maintain the ‘sanctity of the brand’.
 维护公司的声誉，确保公司品牌的树立。
- Maintain
appropriate relations with the government.
 与政府部门保持良好的合作关系。
- Ensure
appropriate/timely returns and management of the company’s business and finances
(specially if it is a Permanent Establishment.)
 保证及时准确地反映公司经营和财务状况（尤其对自己经营的公司来说）。
- Be on the look
out for other opportunities to spread the brand name in the city/country.
 在自己工作的城市或国家，关注其它可能建立公司品牌的机会。
- Build
appropriate relationship with the city authorities and other stakeholders.
 与当地政府及相关职能部门人员建立友好的关系。
- Ensure
appropriate multi-faced contacts with sources at corporate office.
 与有关的协会或团体建立多方的联系。
- Maintain
harmonious and disciplined employee relations to ensure appropriate and forward
thinking Human Capital Management.
 建立一支关系和谐、纪律严明的队伍，充分调动人员的积极性和发挥人力资源的管理能力。
