Job Responsibilities岗位职责

Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation by ensuring that the Food and Beverage Department’s sanitation policies and company policies are followed while maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction. Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel. To ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.负责所有食品和酒水的清洁, 消毒卫生工作, 并达到餐饮部和万豪集团的标准, 同时让员工感到工作满意。达到酒店卫生和消毒的最高标准。为确保所有提供给客人和员工的食品没有微生物，化学和物理污染，并且所有工作区域都符合地方医疗组织的最低要求。

1.Exceeded where possible, in all Food & Beverage Venues and Kitchens, Maintain service and kitchen equipment in good condition.确保在餐饮相关区域做到高标准的食品安全和良好的设备维护。

2.Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas and equipment, to include the correct temperature of dish washing machine operations as par Marriott brand Standard.保证备货区及所有设备干净卫生, 包括洗碗机的温度要达到万豪集团标准。

3.Assist with the procurement and proper storage of all equipment and controllables.协助管理所有设备和餐具的存储。

7.Responsible for the refilling of hand soap and paper towels in all hand washing stations throughout the Food and Beverage areas.负责对所有餐饮部区域洗手池的洗手液和纸巾的补充。

11.Follow and maintain all Marriott International Food Handling and Storage and Sanitation standards at all times. Job Requirement岗位要求

1.Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。

2.1 year’s related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景.

3.Demonstrated excellent communication skills in Mandarin.具备优秀的普通话表达能力。

4.Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.具有餐饮服务或相关领域的职业证书。
