职位描述

 

主要职能MAJOR FUNCTION:


管理好大堂吧和酒吧的日常运营,在做到顾客满意、实现相关福利待遇及利润的前提下特别注意实现收入最大化和费用最小化。To administer the day to day operations of the Lobby Bar and Roof Bar in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.


主要职责

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:


1. 直接负责大堂酒吧和休闲区域,在饭店框架体系内确保顺利的有盈利的运营。Directly response for the Lobby Bar and Lounge area, ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

2. 负责通过给员工提供培训和服务客人所需要的资源 来维持全面的员工福利Responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources needed to take care of our guests.

3. 实现部门预算目标,通过增加收入以及有效的成本管理来最大限度的实现利润。Achieve departmental budget goals and maximize profitability through increased revenue and responsible, efficient cost management.

4. 负责做好部门月度盈亏财务报表Be responsible for the monthly department Profit and Loss statement.


SPECIFIC DUTY:


1. 运营Operations

a. 协助准备年度部门预算,通过运用过去的和未来预见的方法来做一个有挑战性的预算反映出可实现的目标。Help prepare of the yearly department budget by using history and forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects achievable goals.

b. 精确预计业务需求以确保有效的人员及食品供应Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production.

c. 协助编制月度推广促销日程表和员工鼓励计划以带动收入。Assist in the creation of the monthly promotional calendar and associate incentive programs to drive revenue.

d. 向餐饮部经理和总监提供一个现场娱乐的形式的建议Advise the Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Director regarding an appropriate live entertainment format.

e. 确保经理和同事的计划有效Ensure the efficient scheduling of managers and associates.

f. 确保所有万豪的标准操作规定和财产管理规定都知晓并得到推行Ensure the awareness and enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s and property L.S.O.P.’s.

g. 推行定期被审核和更新的操作标准Enforce operational standards that are periodically reviewed and updated.

h. 负责维护出口全天候的安全和卫生标准Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.

i. 推行万豪国际的卫生和食品处理及存放标准。按月采用适当的文件检查大堂吧及休闲区域。Enforce Marriott International’s sanitation and food handling and storage standards.  Audit the Lobby Bar and Lounge on a monthly basis with appropriate documentation.

j. 负责所有饭店财产设施物品的安全和管理Be responsible for the security and management of all hotel property, facilities and assets.

k. 每周采用适当的文件进行预防维护检查Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a weekly basis with appropriate documentation.

l. 一直推行万豪的接待顾客原则Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.

m. 最重要的是通过方法的实例激励我们的员工来执行Above all, lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel. 

2. 人力资源HR

a. 结合人事部要求每季度对下属经理和主管按计划进行管理培训。Develop and implement management training plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.

b. 实行部门每日15分钟的培训计划Implement a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

c. 负责对所有相关人员的业绩以职业和及时的方式进行审查Be responsible for the execution of all associate performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.

d. 负责对包括聘用等各方面管理,与餐饮部经理和餐饮总监共同管理Be responsible for all aspects of associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Food and Beverage.

e. 进行有效的月度协作会议并将会议纪要、计划和落实情况提交总经理,餐饮部和人事部。Conduct an effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and plans and actions forwarded to the GM, F and B and HRD.

f. 每周监督工资进展报告的完成和审定Supervise the completion and critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.

g. 对所有同事实行“开放”政策Practice “open door” policy for all associates.

3. 行政Admin

1. 负责所有部门内账目和票据手续。Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.

2. 同会计和人事部门协作,负责对相关时间控制和薪酬体系进行准确管理。Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.

3. 定期计划外部相关活动以促进团队建设。Periodically plan outside associate activities to promote teamwork.

4. 通过代表联系沟通合作发展积极的部门间的关系Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

5. 采取被认为适当的方式对顾客咨询和关心的问题在24小时内答复。就所有顾客的问题立即与餐饮部总监联系。Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.  Communicate all guest issues immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage.

6. 执行任何合理的不违反法律和没有生命威胁的管理要求Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

4. 销售Marketing

a. 了解所有万豪的客户激励计划和与之有关的正确的会计程序Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.

b. 开发和执行尼盛万丽啤酒屋的销售计划Develop and execute plans and actions for the marketing of the Renaissance Brasserie.

c. 了解市场上的竞争对手,按季度进行市场竞争分析。Be aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
