MAJOR FUNCTION:

主要职能


Greet and serve the guest in accordance with Marriott standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner.

问候和服务客人时应一致使用万豪集团餐饮质量服务标准。要有主动介绍;保持卫生清洁。并且要有亲切的专业方式。

Display aggressive hospitality through a positive personality with both guest and fellow associates. 要用好客和积极的态度对待客人和同事。

Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean bar area at all times. 以细致的服务、专业的外观和酒吧每时每刻的清洁为自豪。

Serve our guests through the front bar and via servers in the service area. 

Comply with beverage Standard Operating Procedures and conduct yourself in accordance with Bartender Do’s and Don’ts guidelines.

服务客人通过吧台前和服务区的客人。遵照酒水操作程序的标准和你自己的举止一致。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:


1. Follow all hotel and company policies and procedures.                              按照所有酒店和公司的政策程序

2. Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.                          按照安全方针保证一个安全的工作环境。

3. Honor all reasonable work-related requests made by a Manager or Supervisor, which may be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the hotel.               尊重经理及主管所有有道理可能超出你正常工作以外的工作要求,彻底实现客人的满意。

4. Check out with your Supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.                                                                                     无论何时在离开你的工作岗位时要与你的主管确认。


SPECIFIC DUTY:


1. Pick up bar bank and guest checks (if required) from the prescribed area.                                                                                                    如果需要从规定的地区和对客人

2. Set up bar—unlock liquor, fill ice bins, arrange and stock glassware, juices and garnish setups.                                                                   准备开吧—开启的酒水、装满冰块、整理杯具、果汁和装饰物。

3. Accept drink orders from servers in proper calling order via Micros to keep bar service at optimum level of service for our guests.               接受点单并输入点单机保证给客人最适合的酒吧服务标准。

4. Double check the Micros dupes for the correct number and name of drinks ordered; no drinks are to be made without Micros dupes.        再次核对点单的正确号码和酒水的正确与否,保证没有漏掉。

5. Total compliance with conditions as outlined in beverage service personnel work agreement.                                                                 顺从酒水服务全体一致工作的大纲。

6. All cocktails are to be made in accordance with Marriott standard beverage manual and Marriott bar guide where appropriate, using the standard jigger at all times.                                                                 所有鸡尾酒要有万豪出品的标准,时时刻刻都要标准化。

7. Be able to operate Micros POS terminal. No voids or deletions without prior management approval.                                        会使用点单机。                                      没有上级批准不允许删除点单机上的东西。

8. Follow the standard cash handling procedures.                                现金结账时要按标准程序。

9.  The AM bartender will receive and check liquor against the previous night’s requisitions. Any discrepancies with the receiving order should be brought to the attention of the Beverage Supervisor. The PM bartender will requisition liquor with the posted the bar sheets.            早班吧员需检查并接收昨晚剩余酒水。所有不符酒水应告知主管。晚班吧员一样需检查。

10. At no time leave the bar area unless properly relieved by a Manager, Supervisor or another bartender                                                         要离开吧时需让经理主管或另一个吧员接手。.

11. Responsible for mopping floors, emptying trash cans and maintaining general sanitation to include: speed rails, counters, melting ice in bins and wiping all stainless.                                                                      负责地面清洁,公共卫生,柜台,化了得冰和所有不锈钢。

12. Have available the Marriott beverage manual, the Marriott bar guide, Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and sanitation checklist.                                                                                              有所有的万豪酒水手册,酒水部操作标准和卫生检查表。

13. The PM bartender will be responsible for bar security in his/her area.晚班吧员应对他的地区有安全责任。

14. Perform any reasonable requests made by management, which are not life-threatening or against the law.有任何请求要通过管理层,确保没有生命威胁或违背法律的事。
