Major Functions责任概要 :
坚守岗位，严密制度，确保安全。
Hold his/her duty position, adhere to all policies in order for the hotel safety.

Specific Duties 工作任务:
1.明确岗位制度，按标准操作，对设备正常运行负责。
Be familiar with post rules and operate in line with criteria. Make sure all the equipment in good order.

2.遵守并执行酒店制定的各项规章制度，从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
Adhere to all the regulations established in hotel to deliver a service with high quality and same standard to our customers. 

3.完成保安主管安排的工作和交办的其它工作。
Complete the tasks or other issues assigned by security supervisor.

4.熟悉和掌握消防，监控系统设备的标准操作和检查正常运行状态。
Be familiar with the standard operation procedure of CCTV/Fire equipment to ensure they work normally.

5.认真处理消防，监控中心各系统设备发出的每一个报警信号，并在规定的时间内按标准完成各项消警或接报警程序的操作。
Quick response to each alarm signal and take actions immediately to restore the alarm if it is OOO or carry out the Fire alarm procedure accordingly if there is a real alarm.

6.作好消防系统及监控系统设备的正常测试日常保养工作，发现设备故障及时报修和报告。
Do regular testing and maintenance for Fire System / CCTV equipment and report any damages / failures promptly.

7.熟悉酒店的消防器材分布点，定期作好保养，检测工作，以保持戒备状态。
Know well enough with all the fire extinguisher chests and make regular maintenance and testing in order for taking precautions to any emergency.

8.作好每天的交接班情况记录。
Log down all the hand over issues between one shift to another every day.

9.对当值期间发现的异常情况要及时上报主管或保安经理，并通知邻近岗位保安员进行协防。
Keep supervisors or security manager informed any unconventionality found and make sure other team members well informed the situation so additional prevention could be made.

10.熟悉酒店消防应急预案和火灾发生时的职责。
Be familiar with emergency plans and position responsibility when a fire occurs.

11.认真仔细地按标准操作酒店消防监控设备。
Operate CCTV system according to hotel standard procedure.

12.酒店用于治安防范的技术装备和管理制度属对外保密范围不得泄露。
Keep confidential of all the security prevention skills and managing strategies.

13.与同事之间要相互理解，支持，帮助。
Perform full understanding, support and help to colleagues.

14.真实反映情况。
Give feedbacks on the state truly.

15.直接向保安主管负责，同时在当班主管不在时接受保安副经理或保安经理领导。
Be guided by security supervisor, or directly by security manager/assistant manager when supervisor is absent.

16.认真准时参加部门例会和各项培训。
Attend department meetings and other kinds of trainings on time.

17.定期反映合理化建议和工作中的想法。
Give regular proposal of reasonable suggestions and good ideas for work improvement.

18.在工作中严格遵循国家法律法规。
Stick to state laws and policies during work.
