认真值勤,确保酒店安全。
Work hard to ensure the safety in hotel.
Specific Duties 工作任务:
1.工作时精神饱满,认真履行岗位职责,发生问题及时上报。
Work freshly to complete duty tasks earnestly. When a problem occurs, report to supervisor immediately.
2.遵守并执行酒店制定的各项规章制度,从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
Adhere to all the regulations established in hotel to deliver a service with high quality and same standard to our customers.
3.完成当值主管交给的工作和其它任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor on duty.
4.善于观察,防止无关人员进入酒店客房区域。
Good observation ability is required to prevent any strangers from getting into guest floor area.
5.注意发现和防止精神病患者,醉酒者在酒店滋事。
Particularly pay attention on the madman or drunk man in hotel to prevent any accidents.
6.密切注意所在岗位管辖范围的一切治安消防隐患,做到及时发现,迅速处理和汇报。
Good control of the safety issues within his domination category. Report to his supervisors upon any problem is found for quick action taken.
7.配合人力资源部对员工更衣箱作定期检查。
Assist HR to do regular check for male/female lockers.
8.配合财务部确保银行解款安全。
Accompany General Cashier as an escort to send cash to bank.
9.对酒店重点防火和治安区域做到心中有数,有针对性检查并掌握应急处理程序。
Be familiar with emergency procedures as well as the key fire control area within hotel and make special inspections to these areas.
10.制止酒店内部人员使用酒店客用设施。
Prohibit hotel staffs from using hotel facilities.
11.掌握火警,火灾等事故发生时自己的职责。
Be clear with personal responsibilities when a fire occurs.
12.作好贵宾的安全保卫工作。
Secure the VIP guests.
13.严格控制酒店出入口的物资进出,加强核对检查和询问,并做好有关记录。
Strengthen the job of check, register and inquiry at the entrance to prevent hotel articles being taken out.
14.注意高峰时段的车道安全,加强对车库,车道的管理,做到井然有序和认真检查每一辆停放车辆的车况。
Vehicle control especially at peak hour: Direct the drivers stop their car in the proper place and check the condition of each vehicle.
15.做好认真查包工作。

16.合理安排车位,对治安复杂场所严密注意做到初起控制。
Arrange the parking lots properly and keep good control of the security situation at the beginning.
17.与酒店其他部门员工保持正常关系,做到按章办事,不徇私舞弊。
Keep good relationship with other colleagues and handle issues fairly.
18.与部门员工搞好团结,直接向保安主管负责,汇报。
Practice team work habits and report to security supervisor directly.
19.认真参加酒店和部门组织的各项培训。
Positively participate trainings held in department or hotel.
20.注意作好涉及酒店或部门的保密工作。
Keep the information relevant to hotel or department confidential.
21.同事之间要相互理解,支持,帮助。
Perform full understanding, support and assistance to other colleagues.
22.真实反映情况,严禁拉帮结派,消极怠工。
Feedback real situation and work positively without separating the whole team group by group.
23.定期反映工作中的问题或合理建议,每月以书面形式向当值主管汇报。
Regularly give feedbacks on the problems or reasonable suggestions and submit written report to direct supervisor monthly.
24.在工作中应严格遵循相关道德和国家法律法规。
Adhere to relevant regulations and state laws during work.
