1. Place all orders in accordance with the purchase request/purchase orders/market list at the approved prices.

根据采购申请单/采购定单/市场采购单和批准的价格处理所有的定单。

2. Obtain quotation for all food and beverage, general supplies and other items.

获取食品和酒水，普通物品和其它物品的报价。

3. Conduct market survey with user departments and cost control every month.

每月与使用部门和成本控制进行市场调查。

4. Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to purchase the best quality products with best price.

与餐饮团队紧密合作，以合理的价格采购优质的物品。

5. Strive for the prompt delivery to meet hotel request.

争取快速发货以满足酒店要求。

6. To ensure all the orders are handled as per established procedures.

确保所有定单按照建立好的程序处理。

7. To negotiate with suppliers for best quality product and at the best price and bring sample and price back for approval.

与供应商协商质量最好、价格合理的物品，并准备样品和报价以备审批。

8. To handle other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

完成采购部经理交付的其他工作。

9. Assist Accounts Payable in research and resolving of any discrepancies on invoices.

协助应付帐款调查和处理发票差异。

10. Assist Receiving team to check products quality being received.

协助收货团队检查接收物品的质量。

11. Maintain good working relationship with all hotel departments and suppliers.

与所有酒店部门和供应商保持良好的工作关系。

12. Ad hoc assignment from the hotel management.

完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。

13. Always be willing to participant in cross training from difference functions and be able to work as ‘multi-task’ in department.
