岗位职责

1、协助行政办公室的日常工作并提供秘书服务。协调处理行政办公室日常事务，并在需要时为其他行政助理提供指导与协助。协助处理营运部门的日常行政管理工作。在营运繁忙时需听从调配，帮助相关营运部门完成工作。

2、参加行政例会和综合办会议，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况，并及时反馈信息。

3、处理邮件、信函、传真，及其他所有文件往来与收发；协调并安排董事总经理与酒店经理及时在相关文件上签字。

4、汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。协助日常的口头或文字翻译工作。

5、严格保管好所有的机密文档, 在没有得到许可下不得和其他任何部门或个人进行信息上的交流。

6、负责部门的日常电话接转。

岗位要求
1、大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。
2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。
3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。
4、能用一门外语进行日常会话。
5、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
