Take responsiblefor assisting the Safety & Security Manager in thesecurity and safety of all company assets including guests, colleagues andtheir property and limit any risks to the hotel and toensure that the hotel complies with Health and Safety and licensinglegislation. Supervise security colleagues so that theyhave a high work and performance standard. The core value statement is “BetterEveryday” by identifying training needs of the security colleague and using security strategies and deployment to maintain an“enquiring” attitude with all colleagues.
