主要职责：

1. 与值班工程师一起，每天更新酒店预防性维修保养方案文件（包括救生安全设备），确保所有值班日志、记录表格及工作日记正确归档并每日更新

2. 确保从酒店客人处或酒店管理层收到的任何工作联系单在要求的时间内予以反馈，所有这些工作联系单与为此工作单采取的措施一起记录

3. 通过持续寻求新的方法及服务改进，以达客人及同事的要求

4. 确保遵循酒店规章

5. 提供全面的秘书性支持与服务，同时确保与此职位有关的所有事宜的机密性

6. 确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都坚持按值班表工作

7. 确保可通过早上随时抽查的个人仪表卫生检查

8. 保持办公室整洁有序高效地运作

9. 确保所有工程部员工遵循不时发出的工程标准及程序

10.保留酒店设备及机器记录负责组织协调员的工作

11.保持与酒店各部门的良好关系

12.主动向酒店客人提供独特、高品质的服务

职位要求：

1. 具有相关学院的毕业文凭和酒店业相关经验

2. 良好的沟通技巧（口语，听力及书写）
