主要职责：
1. 依从朗廷国际集团的标准、规章和程序

2. 在晨会时与楼层主管交接工作

3. 在工作场所依照并演示健康和安全的规定

4. 有计划先后地完成被分配的客房工作

5. 确保向客房协调员汇报所有的工程维修

6. 向楼层主管和安保员汇报所有突发事件和意外。

7. 确保工作间保持整洁

8. 确保所有走廊保持整洁

9. 确保服务员手提篮和工作间的备品齐全，从而方便第二天服务员的工作

10. 完成每日的突发事件分配
11. 了解酒店信息设施和活动并合理回答客人的询问

12. 下班前确保与楼层主管、客房协调员或客房部培训员有正确的工作交接

13. 依照郎廷国际酒店集团原则，以身作则

14. 关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极的工作环境

15. 在规定范围内使用万能钥匙并对所分配的万能钥匙承担责任

16. 有系统的完成被分配的楼层工作

17. 每日清点客人迷你吧饮料使用情况，并在宾客退房前，准确无误地将所消费项目入账

18. 保持迷你吧储备充足，如储备较低，应与客房协调员沟通

19. 补充迷你吧推车内所需物品以确保日常工作所需储备

20. 在夜床服务中，确保被褥翻开，关闭窗帘，废纸篓清空，并且根据标准补充用过的毛巾，备品和整理卫生间

21. 根据特殊要求，在房内摆放，例如：在床头放置矿泉水，热巧克力，茶包，在床上放置纪念品，在床边放拖鞋等等
22. 确保和楼层主管有正确的工作交接

23. 执行任何管理层委托的工作
