1.参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。
2.汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。
3.做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜。
4.负责总经理的日常电话接转。
5.审检对外发文、对内行文。
6.做好及时有效的上传下达工作。7.积极主动有效率的完成总经理安排的其他事宜。
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，具有希尔顿工作经验优先考虑；
2、有效的中英文沟通能力；3、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识；
4、掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节；
5、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
