岗位职责

1.组织管理厨房的操作，准备提供多种菜品，同时监督厨房部门下属的工作；
2.熟悉酒店的安全、救护、消防及紧急情况的程序，并能安全正确的使用各种设备；
3.与客户和内部顾客交流时应有礼貌；
4.执行酒店和部门的规章制度；
5.有酒店相关工作经验者优先。

1、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
