岗位职责

1.能独立进行与吧台运转相关制度体系建设，负责整个吧台的组织、指挥、运转管理工作；

2.掌控产品成本，收集客户对产品的反馈及改进提高；

3.熟悉各种休闲饮品调制；

4.为顾客提供美味可口的咖啡、饮品及售卖西餐点心；

5.了解咖啡文化和原物料知识，熟悉吧台内各种工具和器具的操作；

6.保持咖啡厅环境整洁，确保餐具等整洁完好，备齐各种物料用品，确保正常营运；

7.主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到接待顾客，运用礼貌语言使顾客有宾至如归之感；

8.协助培训新员工，积极帮助提升其工作的成功。

岗位要求
1、咖啡厅行业一年以上从业经历；
2、熟悉咖啡厅的服务流程，对吧台出品有一定了解；
3、具备相关的管理经验和管理能力；
4、能对咖啡厅服务员进行培训；
5、热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心；

6、有其他品牌咖啡厅工作经验优先。
